We were able to go with a standard septic system instead of an aerobic system. I was happy about having good soil. 

The septic system was started and then when the county came out to inspect we found out that they had an additional requirement that was not included in the soil engineer report. It was easily fixed with more leaching chambers. It just cost us more money then planned.
